Does MMDC Provide Cisco Certifications?
MMDC doesn’t directly issue Cisco certifications, but our IT courses are designed to prepare you for industry-recognized exams like the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). When you graduate, you’ll earn a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) from a CHED-recognized institution—giving you a solid academic foundation and the confidence to pursue certifications like the CCNA.
In addition, MMDC offers its own Certification Programs powered by Coursera. You’ll gain access to high-quality courses featuring industry-approved content and certifications that are recognized both locally and internationally. Each course is carefully selected to align with the skills that employers are looking for—both in the Philippines and around the world.
What Programming Languages Will Be Used for IT?
The BSIT program covers key programming languages widely used in the industry, including:

These languages provide the foundation for software development, web development, and data analysis. Depending on your specialization, additional languages and tools may be introduced. For example:
- C or SQL for students focusing on Network & Cybersecurity

You’ll learn about cybersecurity standards and frameworks, as well as how to manage and maintain secure networks. By the time you graduate, you’ll be ready to tackle jobs like cybersecurity analyst or network operations administrator.
Business-Focused Program
For those who see themselves at the intersection of technology and business, the Business-Focused track is the way to go. This path is all about applying tech skills to solve real-world business challenges.
