At Mapúa Malayan Digital College (MMDC), we strive to make your admissions experience as smooth and seamless as possible. Whether you're a fresh high school graduate or transferring from another school, our easy-to-use EnrollMate platform is designed to guide you through each step of the enrollment process. We’re here to support you every step of the way—let's walk through the simple process of getting you enrolled!
How to Enroll at MMDC?
5 Easy Steps to Enroll:
Step 1: Submit Your Application Form
Choose your program and fill out the online application form for the course you’d like to take. We also accept transferees from other schools, and don’t worry, we can evaluate your taken subjects in just 5 days!

Step 2: Activate Your MMDC EnrollMate Account
Once you’ve submitted your application form, you’ll receive an email with your MMDC EnrollMate login details. EnrollMate is where you’ll finalize your application, submit all your documents, and keep track of your enrollment progress.
For Freshmen & Transferees, here’s a list of documents we’ll need from you:
- A Government-issued ID
- Proof of High School Completion (you can choose from these):
- High School Report Card (for old curriculum students)
- High School Report Card with Quarter 1 & 2 grades (Grade 12 students)
- High School Diploma
- Transcript of Records / Copy of Grades (if you're transferring)
Step 3: Take the Assessment & Submit Your Documents
To ensure you receive the best support at MMDC, you’ll complete a Problems, Projects, and Cases (PPC) Assessment. To prepare, we strongly recommend watching the PPC Guide video on EnrollMate. It covers essential guidelines, key topics, and tips for the assessment. Once completed, we’ll send you the next steps for finalizing your enrollment.
Documents you’ll need to submit:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- A 1.5x1.5 photo (with a white background)
- A photocopy of your parent/guardian/spouse’s government-issued ID
- Signed MMDC Enrollment Forms (available in EnrollMate)
- A few more forms we’ll guide you through: Affidavit of Undertaking, Statement of Compliance, Fraternity Waiver Form, Tuition Fee Protect Form
Additional Documents for High School/Grade 12 Graduates:
- Senior High School Report Card (SF-9) for K-12 graduates
- High School Report Card (Form 138) for old curriculum graduates
If You’re a Transferee, Don’t Forget These:
- Transcript of Records for evaluation
- Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credential Package from your old school
- Request for Credit Evaluation Form (RCEF)
- Course Description/Syllabus from your previous institution
Step 4: Choose Your Payment Plan & Finalize Enrollment
Once we’ve received all your documents, you’ll receive an email asking you to select your program, class schedule, and preferred payment plan. We want to make paying for school as easy as possible, so we’ve got several payment options for you:
Payment Channels:
- RCBC Bills Payment
- RCBC Over-The-Counter (OTC) Bills Payment
- GCash Bill Payment
- Maya Bills Payment
- Credit Card via RCBC Payment Portal
Flexible Payment Plans:
- Pay in full at enrollment
- 3-month installment plan through MMDC
- 12-month installment plan via Bukas.ph

Step 5: Submit Your Original Documents
The final step is easy—just bring your original documents to one of our Learning Hubs! You can visit us at these locations:
- Mapúa Makati
- Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Bacolod City
Don’t forget to submit everything before the term starts to complete your enrollment!
